During the joint annual Rendezvous of Énergie-Cités and Climate Alliance, the first morning session was the occasion to give a taste of the next IMAGINE seminar. The session 'Sharing Energy & Climate Visions' gave the opportunity to several economic and social stakeholders acting at the European level to present the vision of their organisation concerning the future of their activities within an energy constraint future and climate problematic.

This interesting panel showed commitment to energy and climate issues and presented many ideas aiming at combining economic and environmental sustainability. Some ideas were common, some were conflicting. This is exactly what now should be discussed and this is what the next IMAGINE seminar and the Energy & Territory think-tank are about: Bringing together a diversity of actors influencing directly and indirectly energy consumption and supply at the local and urban level in order to discuss and confront possible solutions to sustain private sector and associations’ strategies within the framework of sustainable energy and while considering the scope of action of European local authorities.

An audio recording of the session is available. Please contact the Energie-Cités staff for more details.
